Entry Dates:

10/1/2022 – 10/19/2022

Restrictions:

• Must be 18+ years old and a resident of Nevada or California to be eligible to win.
• Sam & Ash employees and their families are not eligible to win.

Entry Methods:

• To be eligible to win you must meet all the requirements listed above and enter using the submission form located on this page only.
• E-mails, faxes, mail-ins, submissions on any other forms, or messages on social media platforms will not be accepted as an eligible entry.

Grand Prize:

• One Winner will be selected. The winner will receive two general admission tickets to the Henderson Silver Knights taking place on October 28th, 2022 in Henderson, NV.
• If this game is canceled for whatever reason, the selected winner will receive a $100 Gift Card to the business of their choosing.

Winner Selection:

• One day after the deadline for entry, a spreadsheet will be produced with a list of the names of everyone who has entered.
• A number will then be randomly generated and the name associated with the number on the spreadsheet is the winner.

Contacting Winner:

• After a winner is selected they will be contacted by e-mail and phone.
• If, after 7 days, we cannot get in touch with the initial winner, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented again.

Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment:
Once the mailing address of the Giveaway Winner is confirmed, the item will be mailed. Sam & Ash will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with the item.
