Sam & Ash Monthly Parking Spot Raffle

The Monthly Parking Spot Raffle (“Raffle”) is sponsored by Sam & Ash Injury Law, a Nevada professional corporation with its principal place of business at 1108 S. Casino Center Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Eligibility
   1. The Raffle is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
   2. Entrants must be current employees physically working at a food and/or beverage service establishment located within 18b The Las Vegas Arts District in the City of Las Vegas (commonly known as the Arts District; see interactive map [here] or official boundaries via theartsdistrictlasvegas.com or City of Las Vegas resources).
   3. Eligibility is subject to verification after winner selection. The potential winner must provide proof of current employment in the Arts District (e.g., employee ID card, recent pay stub, or signed letter from employer on business letterhead) upon request by Sponsor. Sponsor may also conduct a verification phone call or email to the provided place of employment to confirm eligibility.
   4. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) of Sponsor, regardless of where they reside, are ineligible.
   5. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Entry Period & Drawing Schedule
   1. One Raffle will be conducted per calendar month.
   2. Entry period: Begins on the 1st day of each month at 12:00 AM PST and ends on the 20th day of the month at 11:59 PM PST.
   3. A random drawing will be held on or about the 21st day of each month from all eligible entries received.
   4. The potential winner will be notified via phone and email on or shortly after the drawing date.
   5. If the potential winner does not respond within 24 hours of notification, declines the prize, fails to provide required verification (including proof of employment), or is found ineligible/non-compliant, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining eligible entries (time permitting).

3. How to Enter
   1. Submit your entry online only at samandashlaw.com/resources/parking-giveaway/ during the applicable entry period.
   2. Required information: Full name, phone number, email address, place of work (business name and address).
   3. Entrants must check a box affirming: “I agree to provide proof of employment to Sam & Ash Injury Law if selected as the Winner.” Failure to check this box will prevent submission.
   4. Entrants must check a box affirming: “I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.” Failure to check this box will prevent submission.
   5. Limit: One entry per person per calendar month. Multiple entries from the same person will result in disqualification of all entries from that person.
   6. No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is required or permitted to enter.

4. Prize
   1. One (1) non-reserved, pre-paid parking spot in the City of Las Vegas-operated lot at 1326 S. Main St. (northwest corner of Main Street and Imperial Avenue) in the Las Vegas Arts District.
   2. The prize provides free parking valid only for the full calendar month immediately following winner selection and verification (or as otherwise designated in writing by Sponsor). The prize does not roll over to subsequent months.
   3. Parking use is subject to lot capacity, operational hours, scheduled closures, maintenance, special events, or other restrictions imposed by the City of Las Vegas or Sponsor. Sponsor does not guarantee daily availability, a specific spot assignment, or uninterrupted access.
   4. The prize is intended for standard passenger vehicles (e.g., sedans, coupes, small SUVs, or similar non-commercial automobiles) only. Oversized vehicles, including but not limited to commercial trucks, vans, RVs, trailers, vehicles exceeding 7 feet in height, 8 feet in width, or 20 feet in length (including any hitches or extensions), or any vehicle classified as commercial under Las Vegas Municipal Code or City parking rules, are not permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to deny prize activation or require an alternative vehicle if the submitted vehicle information does not comply with these restrictions or lot suitability. Any attempt to use an ineligible vehicle may result in forfeiture of the prize and/or removal from the lot at the Winner’s expense.
   5. The prize, including any parking permit, credentials, access code, or designation provided by Sponsor, is strictly non-transferable and for the exclusive personal use of the verified winner only. Winner may not lend, sell, assign, share, or otherwise permit any third party (including family, friends, coworkers, or others) to use the parking spot, permit, or related benefits. Any unauthorized use may result in immediate forfeiture of the prize, revocation of access by the City of Las Vegas or Sponsor, and potential citations, towing, booting, or other penalties imposed by the City (which will be the sole responsibility of the winner). Sponsor and the City of Las Vegas are not responsible for any costs, fees, damages, losses, or liabilities (including but not limited to towing, impound, fines, or alternative parking expenses) arising from unauthorized use of the prize or spot.
   6. Existing Parking Arrangements: The prize provides an additional parking benefit for the specified lot and month only and does not replace, cancel, modify, or relieve the winner of any obligations related to any existing parking arrangements, including any current monthly prepaid permits, passes, or payments the winner may have with the City of Las Vegas or any other parking provider. If the winner already has a paid parking spot (in this lot or elsewhere), they must continue to pay for and maintain that spot in accordance with the City of Las Vegas rules and any applicable agreements. Sponsor has no control over or responsibility for the Winner’s existing parking costs, availability, or compliance.
   7. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50.00 USD. (Actual value may vary based on comparable monthly prepaid parking rates in the area; ARV is for prize disclosure purposes only.)
   8. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and has no cash equivalent or surrender value. No cash redemptions, substitutions, or transfers are permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion (e.g., if the prize or any portion becomes unavailable, Sponsor may award a prize of equal or greater value).
   9. To claim and activate the prize, the winner must provide Sponsor with: (a) valid government-issued photo identification; (b) proof of current employment in the Arts District (as described in Section 1.3); and (c) complete vehicle information (year, make, model, color, license plate number). The vehicle must display current, valid registration at all times. Sponsor and the City of Las Vegas are not responsible for citations, tickets, towing, booting, impound fees, or other penalties except those directly caused by an error in the permit issuance process.

5. Winner Selection & Verification
   1. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
   2. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.
   3. Potential winner must respond within 24 hours and provide all required verification documents (including proof of employment) promptly.
   4. Failure to respond timely, provide verification, or comply with these Terms results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions
   1. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries; technical failures; or any other issues affecting entry.
   2. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
   3. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, city/state, and any provided testimonial for promotional purposes (including announcements on Sponsor’s website/social channels) without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Liability Release
   1. Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, employees, and the City of Las Vegas assume no liability for any loss, damage, theft, towing, impoundment, or other issues affecting the winner’s vehicle while parked in the lot, for any reason (including rule violations, closures, or third-party actions). Winner uses the parking spot entirely at their own risk.
   2. The parking spot is provided solely as a prize benefit for work-related commuting. Sponsor is not liable for any claims arising from use outside normal business hours or for personal/non-work purposes.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
   1. These Terms and the Raffle are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
   2. Any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising from the Raffle or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively on an individual basis (no class actions) in state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objections.
   3. Entrants waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Privacy
   1. By entering, entrants grant Sponsor permission to collect, use, and share personal information (name, contact details, etc.) solely for Raffle administration, winner selection/notification, prize fulfillment, and related promotions.
   2. All information submitted becomes Sponsor’s property and will not be returned. Entrants consent to the collection and use of their data in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://samandashlaw.com/privacy-policy/ (which they acknowledge reading and accepting).
   3. No additional creative content (photos, videos, etc.) is required beyond registration details, but appreciated if willing to provide.
