Entry Dates
This Sam & Ash Injury Law ticket giveaway is ongoing during the hockey season.
Each drawing will select winners for the next Henderson Silver Knights home game.
Restrictions
- Must be 18+ years old and a resident of Nevada or California to be eligible to win.
- Sam & Ash employees and their families are not eligible to win.
Entry Methods
- To be eligible to win you must meet all the requirements listed above and enter using the submission form located on this page only.
- E-mails, faxes, mail-ins, submissions on any other forms, or messages on social media platforms will NOT be accepted as an eligible entry.
Grand Prize
- The winner will receive four general admission tickets to see the Henderson Silver Knights.
- If the game is canceled for whatever reason, the selected winner will receive a $100 Gift Card to the business of their choosing.
Winner Selection
- A spreadsheet will be produced with a list of the names of everyone who has entered.
- A number will then be randomly generated and the name associated with the number on the spreadsheet will be the winner.
Contacting Winner
- After a winner is selected, they will be contacted by email and phone.
- If, after 2 days, we cannot contact the initial winner, the process of selecting a winner will be implemented again.
Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment
Tickets will be transferred via AXS app, which you will need to download and create an account (if you don’t already have one) in order to be able to receive transferred tickets.
Sam & Ash is not responsible for any travel costs associated with attending the game.
