This is an ongoing giveaway with quarterly winners.
- The 2026 1st Quarter winner will be announced in April 2026
- The 2026 2nd Quarter winner will be announced in July 2026
- The 2026 3rd Quarter winner will be announced in October 2026
- The 2026 4th Quarter winner will be announced in January 2027
Restrictions
This Sam & Ash Injury Law Dash Cam Giveaway is open to all natural persons who are legal residents of California or Nevada, and who are at least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license at the time of entry.
Entry Methods
To be eligible to win, you must meet all the requirements listed above and enter via submission. Your submission must contain identifiable information to qualify.
Limitations on Entries
- Limit one entry per person per email address every 24 hours.
- No third-party entry or entry through any sweepstakes service is permitted.
- Any person who attempts or otherwise encourages the entry of multiple or false contact information under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter or encourage multiple or false entries, as determined by Sam & Ash Injury Law, will be disqualified.
- Use of robotic entry devices is strictly prohibited.
Grand Prize
One winner will be selected every calendar quarter and will receive a Dash Cam selected by Sam & Ash. Grand prize cannot be redeemed for cash value.
Drawing
- Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during each entry period.
- The drawing will be conducted by Sam & Ash Injury Law, whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects.
- Sam & Ash Injury Law reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or winner and may refuse to award a prize to a person who is not eligible or has violated a rule, gained unfair advantage, or obtained winner status using fraudulent means.
- If there is a dispute about the identity of an entrant or if winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with giveaway rules, winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be awarded the prize in a separate random drawing.
Contacting Winner
- Winner will be notified by email.
- If we are unable to contact winner and confirm mailing address by email within seventy-two (72) hours after selection, may result in disqualification of winner and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing at our discretion.
- Prize will be sent to winner by U.S. mail within three (3) days after winner has been notified and accepted the prize.
- If prize is returned as undeliverable or winner is non-responsive, then prize will be forfeited and another winner will be randomly drawn.
Prize Delivery/ Fulfillment
Once the mailing address of the Giveaway Winner is confirmed, the item will be mailed. Sam & Ash will cover all shipping and handling fees associated with the item.
General Terms
By entering this giveaway, you promise to abide by the Official Rules, Terms & Conditions, and decisions of Sam & Ash Injury Law, which will be final and binding in all respects. We reserve the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, disqualify or withdraw any entry at any time.
