- Issue: Improperly welded door strikers may break, allowing doors to open while vehicle is moving.
- Affected Models: 2025 Altima/Sentra; 2025–2026 Frontier; 2026 Kicks.
- Fix: Free door striker replacement.
- Status: Announced January 23, 2026; notifications expected March 13.
6. Ford F-150 Investigation (Ongoing, Expanded February 2, 2026)
- Issue: Unexpected downshifts with rear-wheel lockup (1.3 million trucks under investigation — not yet a full recall).
- Affected Models: 2015–2017 Ford F-150.
