Sam Mirejovsky Appears on ARC Las Vegas to Discuss Governor Lombardo’s New “Safe Streets and Neighborhoods Act”

The legislation, pushed through a special session in November 2025, increases penalties for a wide range of crimes including:

- Assault and battery against hospitality employees
- DUIs resulting in death
